My family and I purchased a custom home from Gladebrook Homes just about 3 years ago. We were searching for something different, something better than the standard cookie cutter subdivision homes. We were driving on a street we don't usually travel when we spotted a new house being built on Church Street! It looked interesting and unique. We contacted Barbara at the Sales office and arranged to go see the house. Most of the interiors had already been chosen but Phil Ramsay (owner of Gladebrook Homes) said there were a few things that we could personalize.

Not long after our first walk through of the almost built home, we made an offer to purchase our soon to be Dream Home! Phil Ramsay and his very knowledgeable staff helped with all the final finishing touches that we added.

The quality and workmanship behind his finishings were top notch. Gladebrook's standard was what most builders would call high end upgrades! Gladebrook took my wish list and made it a reality.

My fiancé and I purchased a home from Gladebrook Homes a little over a year ago, and we couldn’t be happier! We had been looking at homes for a long time and were wowed by the beauty and quality of this home as soon as we walked in.

The fact that the owner, Phil Ramsay, was such a pleasure to deal with is just a bonus. Phil did the walk-through with us and pointed out things that we wouldn’t have even noticed. We had one small issue after we moved in with our back door, and Phil had someone calling us to repair it less than a day after we notified him of the issue. We have had no other issues, and did not even have to send a year end deficiency list to Tarion.

This is the third new home I have purchased, and by far is the best experience I have had with a builder.
